The place is incredibly clean and offered a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature. We loved seeing deer roam around during our stay, which added a touch of charm. country inn cottages is a hidden gem! the one-bedroom cottage was beautifully clean and very romantic. we loved seeing deer around the property. the staff was super friendly, making our stay feel special. it’s also close to local restaurants, although some had changed owners recently.

Most comfortable bed I've ever had in a rental! The charming cottage had lovely outdoor views with plenty of deer roaming around.

Most comfortable bed I've EVER had. The front porch rocking chairs were delightful – sat there every morning watching the deer. Seriously, it felt like a movie scene.
Wasn't exactly cheap, but you know, it’s fine.

Great getaway spot! The cottage was charming and very clean. I enjoyed peaceful outdoor views from the porch. The location was delightful, with lots of nature around. Breakfast vouchers were a nice surprise! 🦌

It was just a top selection for a brief weekend stay in Fredericksburg with decent value for money. The room was fantastic, and even though the door lock needed some maintenance, it was easy to work around. Make sure to check in early if you're looking for a specific type of room.
